COURSE INFORMATION

The student understands that they are enrolling in the CPNE workshop offered by www.cpneworkshop.com or Morelin International, LLC.  The purpose and objective of this workshop is to prepare the student to challenge and pass the Clinical Practical Nursing Examination offered through Excelsior College.  The student understands that during this process, the college or the state may alter its requirements, and that Morelin International, LLC has no control over such changes and will not be held accountable.  The student further understands that their enrollment in the CPNE review requires that they adhere to the policies and procedures of the company and that they are bound to the agreement with the company for the duration of any agreement they execute.  The student is applying for enrollment in the CPNE review to utilize the Morelin International, LLC lab and tutoring to pass the CPNE required by the degree granting institution to meet their ASN curriculum requirements.

All students must come to the workshop having read the Excelsior workbook on the CPNE.  All students must wear scrubs.

I certify that I am one of the followin; LPN, Paramdic or Respiatory Therapist.  Morelin International, LLC does not check profesional lisences or verify with the degree granting institute of the students elligability to take the CPNE.  It is the students responsibility to be aware of their eligibility to take the CPNE through the degree granting institute.   No refunds will be given because a student is not elligiable to take the CPNE through the degree granting institution.

Morelin International, LLC will provide academic support when needed.  Morelin International, LLC reserves the right to change course content, materials.  No additional charges are made to currently enrolled students for these types of changes. 

Morelin International, LLC is acting as a tutoring service to help students pass the CPNE and does not offer any credit or certification for taking the CPNE review.  Morelin International, LLC is not the degree granting institution and is in no way affiliated with them.  Morelin International, LLC does not guarantee acceptance by any college for admission however, every effort will be made by Morelin International, LLC to ensure that the student is prepared for a successful completion of the CPNE. 

The workshop is held at Kaylim Career Institute’s facilities but is a product of Morelin International, LLC.  Neither Kaylim Career Institute or Morelin International, LLC will be held responsbile for accidents caused by negligence when attending the CPNE workshop.

NOTICE OF STUDENT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Buyer’s Right to Cancel:  Student has the right to cancel this agreement until midnight of the third business day (72 hours) after signing of the enrollment agreement.  Notice must be delivered in writing to Morelin International, LLC within the specified cancellation period to be valid.    After the 72 hour cancellation period, the student will continue to owe the entirety of the workshop purchased regardless of whether or not student chooses to attend. The student cannot cancel the agreement by simply not attending the workshop.  After the 72-hour cancellation period, cancellation of the enrollment agreement with Morelin International, LLC is not available.  Fees to Morelin International, LLC will remain payable until the full amount of the workshop materials and tutoring purchased are paid in full.

Course Cancellation by Morelin International, LLC:  Morelin International, LLC reserves the right to cancel workshops seven days prior to the beginning of the first review period.  Students will be provided with as much advance notice as possible if this should occur. 

Payment of fees:  Personal check, money order, cashier’s check, cash or credit card will be accepted for payment of the Morelin International, LLC workshop fees.  Fees must be paid in full before starting a workshop and will be collected by Morelin International, LLC. Insufficient funds checks will result in the student not being allowed to attend review sessions until the fees are paid with money order, cashier’s check or cash.  Checks should be made out to Super Group, LLC. 

Attendance Policy:  Class attendance will be recorded for the sole purpose of determining if a student is eligible to participate in the guarantee offered by Morelin International, LLC.  Students must attend 100% of the CPNE workshop.  Students more that 30 minutes late to class will be considered absent for that day and will not be able to take advantage of the gurantee.  Students that leave early during any lecture or demonstration portions of the workshop will also be excluded from the gurantee.  It is imperitive that the students are there for the entire workshop.  (It is ok if a student leaves early on the third day during the hands-on practice.)

Workshop Guarantee:  Morelin International, LLC gurantees the student will pass  CPNE through the degree granting institution.  If the student does not pass their first time, they are permitted to retake it once for every time they take the CPNE and do not pass for up to 12 months from the date of first enrolling in the review with Morelin International, LLC.  The student must take the CPNE through the degree granting institution no more than 3 months after the last day of their CPNE workshop through Super Group, LLC. Offical proof from the degree granting institution must be provided to Morelin International, LLC before a student will be able to take the workshop again.  Students who do not attend 100% of their scheduled workshop will void the gurantee.  Students retaking the workshop through Morelin International, LLC because they failed must still pay the $100 lab fee for supplies each time they retake the workshop within their 12 month eligibilty period.   Students that do not pass the CPNE through the degree granting institution after their third attemp will be refunded 100% of the monies paid to Morelin International, LLC minus the lab fees.

GENERAL DISCLOSURES

Additional Tutoring:  Students needing additional tutoring outside of the normal workshop time will be charged an additional fee per hour to be determined by Morelin International, LLC.  Arrangements for additional tutoring must be made with the workshop Director. The student will pay fees directly to Morelin International, LLC.

Areas of conflict with other documents:  In specific terms or areas where this document conflicts with the policies, procedures and/or terms specified in other documents or advertisements provided by Morelin International, LLC, this document takes precedence.

Placement and Credit Guarantee Disclaimer:  It should be understood that Morelin International, LLC does not guarantee a career in the nursing industry and will not provide placement services.  No credit is awarded to the student for attending the workshop.

Transfer and Assignment:  Morelin International, LLC reserves the right, which is hereby granted by the student, to transfer right, title and interest of student’s enrollment including all enrollment and financial documents at its sole discretion to an individual, group or company of its choosing.

Course Completion Limitations:  Each student will be expected to attend 100% of the review that he or she enrolls for.  Not attending 100% of the review will negate the guarantee that Morelin International, LLC offers.  Students may only attend the review session they enroll for.  No fees will be applied to other review sessions if the student does not show for the session they enrolled for.

Individual Use of Product:  The student agrees that any information or study materials given to the student by Morelin International, LLC are Copyrighted and are designed and sold/given to the student individually and are for the student use only.  The material may not be shared or reproduced in any form.

Media Waiver:  Morelin International, LLC may use any pictures, videos or testimonials in their advertising, print media or websites.

Ivalidty of Agreement:  If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Other Fees:  Morelin International, LLC will not be held responsible for any increase of fees by the degree granting institution or the CPNE testing facility.  Students from out of state are responsible for their own accomadations when attending the CPNE workshop.

Morelin International, LLC will not be held responsible for any changes to the degree granting institutions clinical requirements or for any state requirements that may change.           

STUDENT UNDERSTANDING

My signature below signifies that I have read, understood and agreed to my rights and responsibilities and that the institution’s cancellation and refund policies have been clearly explained to me. I, the student, have read and understood all three pages of this agreement.

The student understands that they will be enrolling in the CPNE workshop offered by Super Group, LLC. The student further understands that their enrollment in the CPNE review requires that they adhere to the policies and procedures of the company, and that they are bound to the agreement with the company for the duration of any agreement they execute. The student is applying for enrollment in the CPNE review to utilize the Super Group, LLC lab and tutoring to pass the CPNE required by the degree granting institution to meet their ASN curriculum requirements.

All students must purchase the wound care kit from Excelsior College and bring it to their workshop. It is also understood that they will come to the workshop having read the Excelsior workbook on the CPNE.
