How to Enroll for Your Workshop Before you enroll please review our Terms of Service. When enrolling for our workshop on the structured payment plan the initial payment of $227 is required to reserve your seat. You will also be required to print out this agreement and mail it to 4470 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Suite 450, Atlanta, GA 30338 If the agreement is not received within 7 business days we cannot guarantee your seat will still be reserved. You are allowed to attend the workshop after the initial payment and the agreement have been received. You will NOT be allowed to attend the workshop if the agreement is not complete. The two subsequent payments of $227 will be automatically run on the credit or debit card you used to pay your initial payment. The second payment will be run 30 days from the day of your first payment and your final payment will be run 30 days after that. (30 and then 60 days after your initial payment.) *** By enrolling I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to my rights and responsibilities and that the cancellation and refund policies have been clearly explained to me.*** To get enrolled just click on the add to cart button for the workshop you wish to attend. *We only begin counting down seats when there are 5 seats or less remaining* Note: Enrollment confirmations will be emailed in PDF format to the email you provide. You will not receive confirmation via postal mail. If you receive a confirmation PDF via email you have successfully scheduled your chosen workshop and no further confirmation is needed. If, however, you would like to confirm enrollment by phone you can call 770-455-8008 and someone would be more than happy to confirm your enrollment.
